Forward combines top-rated doctors with advanced technology to:

- establish health goals and plans: set goals in the baseline visit, evidence based plan
- monitor health with your doctor: mental health tracking, skin monitoring for early stage cancers, connect continuously with your doctor with 24/7 answers
All the health data is available on a collaborative smart screen which can be used with the doctor to personalizer care treatments and anticipate health issues. An advanced app is also available for users with 24/7 connected care. The company also uses advanced diagnosis technolgy.
Forward was founded in January 2016 by former executives and engineering leaders from Google and Uber and led by serial entrepreneur Adrian Aoun. Forward is funded by investors and entrepreneurs including First Round Capital, Eric Schmidt (Google/Alphabet chairman), Marc Benioff (Salesforce founder), Joe Lonsdale (Palantir founder), Joshua Kushner (Oscar co-founder), and Garrett Camp (Uber co-founder).
In 2021, the company used a new $225 million Series D raise to help the expansion of its tech-powered, personalized health care model accross the U.S, valuying the company at more than 1bn$. The new capital came from Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Inovia, Mark Benioff – and recording artist The Weeknd – among others.
